FEFFs is looking for a superstar Public Relations Officer


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Relations Officer. The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for press releases, media relations, public relations, communication, and strategic communications. The role involves managing and maintaining relationships with the media, drafting and distributing press releases, and coordinating public relations activities for the company. The Public Relations Officer will also handle strategic communications and contribute to the overall communication strategy of the company.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


- Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback

- Develop and implement export strategies

- Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements

- Participating in international exhibitions, and going on international trips to expand into new markets.

-Establish strong relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

-Coordinate logistics for international shipments, including customs clearance documentation when required.

-Develop documents and communication for various requests, reports, and letters 

-Manage all the personal and Business day-to-day activities and issues of the manager 

-Collaborate with other team members in the planning and development of internal and external projects 

- On behalf of the manager, prepare correspondence and other material requiring considerable judgment and knowledge of operations; Screen, trace, file, retrieve, and coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence and necessary paperwork directly related to the overall management of the organization 

- Represent team in liaising with other department teams to coordinate some projects 

-Ensures alignment with organization policy and defined regulations through effective management in scheduling offsite travel (hotel, flight, rental car, meeting agenda, presentation location needs) for designated executive personnel 

-Manage a variety of essential functions requiring independent judgment and using tact and diplomacy in dealing with officials and the public 

-Participate in Team meetings through the preparation of agendas, packets, documents, and general record keeping 

- Provide support and a wide range of complex, confidential, and administrative duties to the manager



Qualifications

  • Press Releases and Media Relations skills
  • Public Relations and Communication skills
  • Strategic Communications skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
