With a focus on STEM subjects, we offer virtual tools to schools and universities to conduct experiments affordably and safely. Our goal is to bridge the resource gap in education by designing interactive experiments for various subjects, enriching student learning experiences.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist Intern at Jusoor Labs in Irbid. The intern will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, offering customer service and support, and maintaining clear communication with clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:


- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring their success with our products/services.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product/service enhancements.

- Support the Customer Success team with administrative tasks and special projects.


Qualifications:


- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.
