Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Marketing Manager to join our team at CFI. As a Country Marketing Manager at CFI, you will lead our marketing in Jordan and Palestine, ensuring strategies align with our global goals while considering local specificities and compliance. Your mission is to drive our success in both countries, with your main KPI being the elevation of our brand and advancement of our position relative to the competition in your market.
Responsibilities:
Local Marketing Oversight: Lead and align national marketing activities with the
company's global strategy and guide local strategies to meet company objectives.
• Market Analysis and Feedback: Analyze local markets trends and competitors and
provide regional and central marketing management with actionable insights based on
local dynamics.
• Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with central teams to harmonize local and global
marketing initiatives and localize global campaigns for local relevance.
• Quality Leads Flow Management & Sales Support: Align marketing strategies with sales
goals and provide support. Ensure quality lead flow is consistent and growing as per our
targets collaborating with the digital team and group management.
• Compliance Management: Adhere to local regulations in marketing practices and stay
informed about regulatory changes affecting marketing.
• Strategy Adaptation: Advise and agree how to modify global strategies if needed to suit
local contexts, considering cultural and legal factors, and innovate to overcome unique
local challenges.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly update HQ on local market performance and
opportunities and evaluate the impact of local marketing campaigns.
• Media and PR: Manage media buying and public relations to strengthen brand presence.
• Influencer Collaboration: Partner with local influencers to extend brand reach.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the local marketing budget.
• Events and Sponsorships: Oversee and manage local events and sponsorships to
enhance brand engagement and maximize output.
• Partner Relations: Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors.
• Localization and Local Content: Ensure marketing materials are tailored to the local
audience and lead the production of other local content such as TVCs, radio ads,
billboards, etc.
• Reputation Management: Raise and manage any issues that may affect our reputation.
• Local surveys: arrange and manage local surveys as needed related to marketing.

Reporting:
• Directly to the Regional Marketing Manager, ensuring constant communication.
Requirements:
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the financial industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
- Fluent in Arabic & English
