Beecell is a digital media company looking to hire Sales Officer:
Job Description:
-Manage and grow Beecell relationship with the clients, and work with them to achieve targets of sales.
-Work on achieving objectives and targets set for each client.
-Be knowledgeable on Beecell products and services as well as the basic technical setup and operator connectivity and services workflow.
-Launch new services with the client including working with relevant departments to deploy, test, and monitor services.
-Propose new products and services based on local market needs.
-Maintain existing services including: promoting services, monitoring traffic, keeping organized records of all deployed services, prices, and operator details.
-Market research for the territories being handled including: operators, product and services prices, competitors, best promotional and advertising methods, and local market demographics.
-Full knowledge of Beecell mission, vision and competitive advantages, and utilizing this knowledge in presenting and negotiating new services and upgrades.
-Handle operator complaints and inquiries.
-Schedule regular meetings, phone calls, and emails with operators to ensure services are all maintained and satisfactory.
-Responsible of tracking the monthly invoices and payments collection with the operators in coordination with finance.
-Conducting presentations and meetings to present Beecell services and products to the operators’ team.
-Work closely with the marketing department to promote Beecell product and services.
-To be proficient in the use of Beecell CRM application.
-Support commercial manager/ supervisor by providing sales performance reports.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant Coursework: Courses in sales techniques, marketing, business communication, and customer relationship management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Customer Service Orientation: Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- English: good

- fresh graduate or
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Account Management is a plus.
- Internships or Part-time Jobs: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field through internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work can be advantageous.
- Sales Training Programs: Participation in sales training programs or workshops.
