Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at ALAYOUBI Technologies in Amman, Jordan. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communication with clients, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience.
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Strong communication and sales abilities
- Customer service skills
- Experienced in low current systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of smart home systems is a plus
