- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Ensure all designs align with the overall marketing goals and brand vision.

- **Project Management:**

- Lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers within the team.

- **Video Editing:**

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media and other digital platforms.

- Implement creative storytelling techniques to enhance video content.

- Optimize videos for various platforms to ensure maximum engagement and reach.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content and video editing.
