Location: Amman, Jordan.


Years of experience: 3+ Years.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and refine system development and enhancement requirements.
  • Organize and conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholder to capture and document business needs and specifications.
  • Work in partnership with clients to delineate precise requirements for our customer communication suite, ensuring seamless integration with their current systems.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and more.
  • Analyze and formalize client requests, needs, and specifications effectively.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new systems or enhancements based on client specifications.
  • Prioritize requirements to align with strategic business outcomes and deliver maximum value.
  • Define acceptance criteria for user stories and coordinate the development of test scenarios with the team.
  • Work alongside testing teams to ensure that final products adhere to the established requirements.
  • Proactively identify and suggest solutions and innovative features to address business challenges.
  • Present proposed solutions to clients and incorporate their feedback.
  • Continuously review and refine processes and templates to adapt to evolving business needs and new product or service introductions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related IT discipline.
  • Proficient in analyzing complex business processes with an eye for identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Robust communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A customer-oriented approach, focusing on understanding and fulfilling client requirements.
