Nadsoft is searching for a mid-level QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our products through a combination of manual and automation testing methodologies. You will partner closely with project managers, developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to identify and resolve defects throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by effectively communicating testing progress, roadblocks, and solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering all functionalities of our clients' products, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations. 
• Developing and maintaining manual and automated test scripts using frameworks.
• Identify and report bugs and defects clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest QA tools and methodologies.
• Continuously improve the overall QA process.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.  
• Knowledge of automation frameworks is required.  
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
