The Lube Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our client's Petronas Service Centers, demonstrating hands-on approach to managing the facilities and ensuring all activities are executed in alignment with our company's high standards. In addition you will be responsible for the sale of all Added value products in to the Jordan market.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Leads and nurtures a small team of dedicated technicians
- Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the workshop and for Wholesale markets
- Monitors and controls the performance of the workshop using applicable tools
- Manages and plans parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with customers to encourage repeated and referral business
- Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
- Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines
- Maintains safe work environment and employee's professional appearance
- Drive Sales of all Added value products through all Wholesale and Internal markets
- Is responsible for Market Analysis and expansion of all products across Jordan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a proven experience in all service aspects of commercial vehicles Stock management and Sales
