Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at ASALI located in Amman. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and building codes. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, conduct regular site inspections, resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure that work is being carried out safely and according to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
• Experience in site supervision and planning.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructural engineering is a plus
