Role Description:
As an Architect Visualization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bringing architectural designs to life through advanced visualization techniques. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, marketing manager and project managers to create high-quality visual representations of architectural projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and animations to visualize architectural designs.
- Utilize software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI generator technologies to produce high-quality visual content.
- Create photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and virtual reality experiences.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling presentations to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional visual materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in visualization technology.
- Create and edit videos showcasing architectural projects.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing and social media materials, presentations, and client proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior design or any related field.
- Proven experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings, animations, and videos.
- Experience in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, AI generator technologies, and other relevant visualization software.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all visual outputs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) is a plus.
- Social media experience is preferred.
