Responsibilities

- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all parties are informed and well-prepared.
- File Organization: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of documents and information.

- Communication: Assist with internal and external communication, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages accurately.

Requirements
