What’s On Your Plate?
- Assist in the organization and execution of training programs.
- Support the development of training materials and content.
- Help facilitate training sessions and engage with participants.
- Collect feedback from training participants and assist in program evaluation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks related to training coordination.
- Assist in quality coaching session by calling riders , sending email ..etc
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or in any relevant field.
- 0-3 years of experience in the training / quality support / customer care.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in MS-Office products (specifically Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking and results-driven.
- Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
