*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to oversee and maintain the quality of our products/services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of quality control processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.

- Inspect and test materials, products, and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

- Conduct audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with standards.

- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance.

- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certification in quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
