Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The Territory Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
o Set sales goals and objectives in alignment with the company's targets.
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.
o Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
o Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
o Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
o Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
o Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
o Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
o Share market insights and best practices with team members.
o Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
o Manage the sales budget for the territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the assigned territory.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
· Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools.
