Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for AI and ML technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to develop product specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize features, set development timelines, and manage the product backlog.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, preferably in an AI/ML-focused company.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business objectives and vice versa.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the e-commerce sector or other relevant industries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Certifications in product management or related fields.
