Marketing Manager

Key accountabilities:


  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the Unit goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website and various digital channels.
  • SEO: Familiar with search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and updated with SEO best practices.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage Google AdWords campaigns and other paid advertising initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
  • Analytics: Monitor website and digital marketing performance using Google Analytics.
  • Generate regular reports and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to engage and retain our audience.
  • Social Media: Develop and implement social media content and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales through the company's e-commerce platform.
  • Optimize the online shopping experience, focusing on user journey and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate online and offline sales efforts.


Education & Experience :


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in marketing telecommunication product and services, with focus on digital.
  • Certification in Google AdWords or Google Analytics is a plus.
