**Join ConsultTik as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant**

**Location:** Amman, Jordan

**Role:** Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and CRM Functional Consultant

**Overview:** We are looking for a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support D365 SCM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery and provide expert guidance to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Translate business requirements into functional specs.

- Configure D365 Supply Chain and CRM modules.

- Conduct system and user acceptance testing, and end-user training.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with technical teams for smooth system integration.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain.

- Understanding of supply chain processes and CRM functionalities.

- Dynamics 365 certification preferred.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Experience with large ERP implementations like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Microsoft Azure, AWS.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage projects effectively.

- Fluency in English; other EMEA languages are a plus.

- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
