Presales Supervisor

Job Brief:

Act as an advisor for the sales team and Umniah customers by transferring industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills to support the sales team in cross-selling and up-selling Umniah's business products' portfolio. Also, acts as a solution architect to customize business solutions to fulfill customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze clients' requirements to come up with proper solution and maximize the cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Act as a solution architect to customize business solutions in order to fulfill customer requirements by building the offers/solutions' proposals for the account managers and adhering to the defined KPIs in order to submit the proposal on time
  • Prepare and present the product presentations and demonstrations to customers
  • Share the customers' technical requirements with the concerned departments to facilitate sales opportunities and submit the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and the requested pricing
  • Build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI by designing and challenging all costing elements with the concerned parties
  • Act as an advisor for the sales team and Umniah customers by transferring industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills to support the sales team in cross-selling and up-selling Umniah's business products' portfolio
  • Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers and vendors during the presales process
  • Develop and maintain a clear, organized, and solid documentation and records


Requirements

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering is preferred or any other related field.

Level of Experience:

Intermediate Experience in a related field.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Essential:

  • Excellent knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services
  • Excellent knowledge of selling techniques: consultative selling, negotiation techniques, deal structuring, persuasion and deal closing, cross and up selling techniques
  • Excellent knowledge in security services and products.
  • Good knowledge in ICT services and products.
  • Good knowledge of customer behavior and customer segments
  • Excellent proposal writing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent command of English language both writing and speaking

Desirable:

  • Solid technical details in terms of architecture design
