Job Summary
Install, modify, and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems. Resolving tickets representing clients-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshooting technical and process issues to maintain productivity and efficiency. Also, Installs software and necessary applications for workflow. And perform the needed training for the users on new software in person or through a variety of tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos, user manuals, and digital instruction pages, often in collaboration with technical writers.
Job Description
Installation & configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems
Logging the queries of customers
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Responding to callouts in a timely fashion
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
Comply with project plans and industry standards.
Investigate problem areas.
Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees.
Software maintenance and testing capability
Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Collaborative mindset.
Customer-service focus.
Required Educational Level and Certificates
B.Sc in Software Engineering, CS, CIS, or equivalent.
Required Experience
0-2 years of experience in a related field.
