Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Lead the analysis and design of business processes, ensuring they align with overall business strategies and goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business and functional requirement documents.
• Work closely with the development and design teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and facilitate the delivery of high-quality digital products.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct detailed analysis of potential solutions, including cost-benefit analysis, to support decision-making.
• Participate in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing, ensuring the final product meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Support the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of successful projects in tech companies.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling and requirements management.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in digital product development, including product discovery and innovative experience design.
• Familiarity with custom software development projects and lifecycle management.
