Chief Revenue Officer

We are looking for an executive leadership position that will have a significant impact on the commercial success of the company. Our customer operating in the Payment Services industry, providing innovative and locally relevant payment solutions.


Job Description


  • Manage global sales/marketing and commercial go-to-market strategies for MEA Region.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the C-level team and advisors to achieve company goals
  • Continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to define offerings, continuously refining value propositions and looking for differentiators.
  • Use industry knowledge to quickly identify opportunities for new revenue growth from different vertices and global locations.
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics.
  • Ensures Sales and Marketing alignment to identify opportunities for long-term sales growth and maximise profitability.
  • Remain well-connected with customers to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles.
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams.


Qualifications


  • At least 10 years working experiences in leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • Proven track record of growing revenue 
  • Payment Technologies background is required. 
  • Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision also execute a business strategy effectively
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
  • Energetic and result oriented.
  • Strong relations with government customers is a big plus.
