HR Executive - B&S

Reach your full potential as an HR Executive


As an HR Executive, your primary responsibility is to support and oversee various human resources functions within an organization. You will collaborate with management and employees to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the VISA process for new joiners and VISA renewal process for existing employee’s
  • Collecting the required documents from new joiners and existing employees
  • Submitting documents to DMCC as and when required
  • Applying for medical insurance coverage for all new and existing employees
  • Keep employee files up to date with all required documents – both soft and hard copy’s
  • Actively involved in recruitment by posting adverts, running 1st stage HR interviews, submitting the profiles and managing the hiring process
  • Prepare new joiner forms and employment contract for new joiners
  • Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Keep track of employees probation end date, and assist the line manager where required with the probation meetings and ensure we have the appropriate paperwork in place (probation form and probation letter)
  • Ensure the HR System is fully up to date with relevant and correct information for each employee
  • Provide reports as and when required to senior management on new hires, leavers and HR projects
  • Assisting with the induction process for new joiners alongside the hiring manager
  • Staff events planning and budgeting as and when required
  • Assisting employees with business travel flight and hotel booking via our travel provider
  • Assisting employee with booking of their annual personal flight ticket when requested
  • Ensure we have the required IT items available for new joiners with the IT Department
  • Run exit interview meetings as and when required


Key Deliverables


  • Meeting set and agreed timelines for closing HR tasks.
  • Meeting planned individual and team objectives as set by the HR Manager
  • Attend regular internal and external training sessions to ensure you are able to perform your role efficiently.


This is you


  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
  • Demonstratable experience in HR role / recruitment or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices
  • Proficiency in word and excel software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving
  • A strong minded individual who can ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and followed by all employees across the business
  • Experience with DMCC rules and regulations is a must
