Develop the Social Media Marketing strategy.
Implementing best practices from global real estate developers and customizing for the local markets.
Build and manage the Social Media plans utilizing internal resources such as Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales and Community Management.
Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver an always-on Social Media plan driving positive engagement and brand recognition for the company’s corporate brand and its projects.
Contribute to the business by providing data-driven insights and intelligence reports.
Deliver strategic and tactical plans in close partnership with Marketing and Sales.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Qualifications:
Min. of 2+ year experience in Social Media marketing strategy development.
Experience in working with large cross-functional company
Track record of developing and executing high-performing Social Media campaigns on time and within budget.
Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgement to inform planning and tactical decision making.
Experience in building and running a social media strategy in GCC.
Native Arabic speaking with strong English language command.
Agency-side experience is preferred
Working on luxury products industries is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and Social Media Management software such as Sprinklr.
Preferred Bilingual (English/Arabic) speakers.
