Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate ideas for content that effectively promotes the company's software solutions in the aviation and industrial sectors.
  • Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
  • Produce and curate visually appealing multimedia content, such as images, videos, infographics, and animations, to accompany social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use the insights to optimize content performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to continually improve content strategy.
  • Engage with the company's social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all social media channels.
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
  • Measure web traffic to content (e.g., conversion and bounce rates)
  • Monitor industry-related conversations and trends on social media platforms to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.


Skills Requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a relevant field. Master degree is a plus
  • Proven experience of 3+ years as a social media content creator or similar role, preferably in the aviation sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools to schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong creative skills and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content ideas.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content promotion.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create visually appealing content.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimize social media content for search engines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve content performance.
  • Familiarity with industry-related terminology, trends, and developments in the aviation sector.
  • Data analysis skills to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
