Client Onboarding Executive

  • Contact the client by telephone, email or face to face meetings in the BIZ office.
  • Explaining the client onboarding process and requesting agreed set of documents.
  • Supporting the client complete their details on the KYC form.
  • Discussing the requirements for all documents in line with government rules and regulations
  • Managing client expectations with regards to process timelines.
  • Ensuring that progress is documented with the Head of Revenue through an online tracker.
  • Using ERP to upload and submit documents and information.
  • Using ZOHO CRM to document progress and liaise with Revenue Admin on any slaes related queries
  • Handling internal and external requests and queries appropriately
  • Performing other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department/ division objectives
  • Displaying a proactive approach, anticipating issues and acting as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
  • Previous experience in an admin/ process driven role
  • Client facing experience is preffered
  • Experience using CRM systems is essential, ZOHO CRM will be an advantage
  • Excellent spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an advantage
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Confident, articulate, numerate and detail oriented.
