Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Linux operating systems, including executing Linux commands.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory environments.
- Apply cybersecurity principles to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of IT systems.
- Support and maintain ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft 365 (preferred but not required).
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize computer networks to ensure reliable performance.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve IT processes.
- Respond to IT incidents and service requests promptly, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Linux OS and its commands.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory administration.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of computer networks, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and switches.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Linux, Windows Server, or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Experience in implementing or maintaining ERP systems
