IMS CONSULTANT/TRAINER
Roles & Responsibilities
The role is a is IMS Consultant /Trainer where in you are expected to technically support NBIZ’ s products and services in the field of Management Systems and technically help the company grow in different sectors.
The responsibility ties which are outlined as follows:
Execute IMS consultancy projects and also other management systems wherever required.
Perform ISO Consulta tion, Documentation, OSHAD consultations, Audits, implementation & Trainings and includes the following but not limited to:
· Design and policies procedures form templates as per the client’s requirements.
· Document and provide the implementation support and handholding as per the scope of the project.
· Facilitate the internal audit; awareness trainings lead auditor trainings to the client as per the scope of the project.
· Prepare the client to face the external audit and appraise them about the ongoing process related to certification and process.
· Close liaise tithe the sales team to enable them to know the milestones and payments collection so that they can perform their duty.
· Perform OSHAD Consultation, Documentation,OSHAD Audits IMS & HSE awareness trainings. Also whenever there are new management systems introduced in the market to develop the capabilities and execute the same.
· To prepare technical proposals to support the sales people in order to provide the correct technical aspects of the consulting or the training services.
· To attend pre sales meeting with Sales/Business Development Executives in order to support the sales teams to enable them to close the orders and to explain the details to the clients.
· Also whenever required to perform Audits, internal or external to the clients wherever necessary.
· To also help and create and maintain the documents required to maintain our Accreditation procedures of Nbiz related to the Management Systems.
· Deliver IMS awareness trainings, First Aids, health and safety and other related trainings in the IMS and management systems field to different clients from different industries.
· Wherever required for training to prepare or modify the content required to deliver the training.
· To also familiarize with products and services of Nbiz Infosol. The details of such services are available at our website
· Maintain high standard of personal repute tion, Represent in a professional manner a t all times, Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.
· Maintain regular contacts with Key Clients to substitute in case of the absence of any other employee in the company. You are requested to familiarizewith a ll the products, Training manuals of Nbiz services.
· To communicate clear rly with business users, both in verbal communica tion and in written communication. Communication to be very precise, official and in good English.
· To work in good attitude. Multitasking, substitute in case of the absence of any other employee in the company and follow the values, principles, and morality.
· To work and cooperate a nd help other tea m members colleagues for official duties. To help the organization grow to a better level of maturity.
· Good English writing and communication skills is essential. Conducting trainings in Hindi is also required for this post.
