Role Overview:
The Charity Campaign Analyst will assess the effectiveness of charity campaigns, provide data-driven insights, and recommend strategies for improvement. This role involves evaluating campaign performance, identifying key areas for optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the impact of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of charity campaigns using KPIs such as donor engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and reach.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including digital platforms, events, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Create detailed reports highlighting campaign successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps in campaign execution and recommend innovative solutions for enhancement.
  • Propose data-driven strategies to increase campaign effectiveness and donor engagement.
  • Conduct research on trends, donor behavior, and competitor campaigns to ensure our strategies remain competitive and relevant.
  • Work closely with marketing, fundraising, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals and resonate with the target audience.
  • Provide feedback on campaign design, messaging, and execution to maximize impact.
  • Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, data visualization platforms) to measure and interpret campaign results.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role (experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and donor management systems.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality insights.
