As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Network Administrator and Systems Support Specialist to join our team.

Role Review

In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across our network, cloud-based services, and end-user systems. You will play a key role in implementing security measures, optimizing performance, and supporting the business through efficient IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Manage and support cloud-based infrastructure (Azure), ensuring services are optimized for performance and cost.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and cloud applications.
• Implement and uphold security best practices across all systems.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to end-users.
• Perform regular backups, disaster recovery operations, and software updates.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT infrastructure and system support. The ideal candidate will have:

Background: Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering and Security, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in network and administration and cloud-based systems (Azure preferred).

Strong Technical Skills: Expertise in managing LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, along with proficiency in cloud services.

Attention to Detail: A thorough approach to implementing security measures and maintaining accurate records.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive and efficient in troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.

Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
