Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Technical Manager to oversee the technical aspects of our infrastructure and construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing large-scale projects, ensuring technical accuracy, and aligning project deliverables with client requirements and regulatory standards such as RTA and TRA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:Lead the technical planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and related structures.
  Provide expert technical guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
  
• Compliance and Quality Control:Ensure all technical outputs meet RTA, TRA, and other regulatory standards.
  Conduct regular reviews and audits of technical designs and documentation to maintain quality and accuracy.
  
• Coordination and Collaboration:Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and effective execution of project plans.
  Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  
• Risk Management:Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
  Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
  
• Innovation and Improvement:Implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  Continuously improve technical workflows and processes to optimize project outcomes.
  
• Team Development:Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff to build a high-performing team.
  Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment.
  

Key Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
  
• Experience:Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical management roles within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
  Familiarity with RTA and TRA standards is highly desirable.
  
• Skills:Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, design principles, and project management.
  Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools.
  Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
