Dubai-based company specializing in Villa Project Management Services is looking for an Architect who possesses the following qualifications and can handle the following responsibilities:
Qualifications:
1. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
2. Proficient in Arabic and English communication.
3. Holding a degree in Architecture with at least 2 years of working experience.
4. Holding a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Engages in effective conversations and can successfully promote the company to potential clients.
2. Utilize extensive experience in both 3D and 2D design to create high-quality and innovative layouts and plans.
3. Manage the process and documentation requirements for Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
4. Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise in UAE Building Code/Law to ensure compliance and optimal construction practices in all projects.
5. Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Serves as an effective point of contact for clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.
7. Provide clients with weekly updates and detailed reports on the project's progress.
