Job Opportunity: Real Estate Agent (Salary + Commission)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate industry, exceptional client-handling skills, and in-depth knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and manage property listings, including residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and market insights.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to successful closure.
• Ensure compliance with all DLD rules and regulations, including Trakheesi permits and other legal requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and leasing targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Track Record: Demonstrable record of closed deals and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge: Full understanding of Dubai Land Department laws and regulations.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technology: Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
• License: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
