MEG & Partners & Safwa engineering are seeking an experienced BIM Civil Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction.
- Supervise and inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure coordination and integration of civil engineering with other disciplines.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations.
· Prepare progress reports, documentation, and correspondence related to the projects.

· Provide technical oversight and guidance during construction activities, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with engineering specifications and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and codes/regulations.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, Revit, Navisworks etc...
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional certifications in civil engineering or related fields are desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
