We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabrication Worker to join our team at [ACTIVE GARAGE]. As a Fabrication Worker in our automobile workshop, you will play a key role in the production, modification, and repair of automobile parts and components. Your expertise in fabricating and assembling metal parts will be critical to ensuring the quality and safety of the final products. You will work closely with our team and other professionals to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabrication of Automobile Components: Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using various tools and machinery such as welders, grinders, and drills.
• Welding & Soldering: Perform welding (MIG, TIG, arc welding) and soldering on various automobile components, ensuring strong and durable joints.
• Assembly & Installation: Assemble fabricated parts into vehicle structures, ensuring alignment, functionality, and safety standards are met.
• Metal Shaping: Use hand tools and machinery to shape and mold metal parts as per design requirements.
• Repair & Modification: Repair damaged or worn-out parts of vehicles and modify existing components to meet new specifications or improvements.
• Maintenance of Equipment: Ensure the proper operation of fabrication machinery and tools, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect all fabricated parts for defects, ensuring compliance with company standards and automotive safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with mechanics, and other workshop staff to ensure the timely and accurate completion of fabrication projects.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines and practices to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.

• Proven experience as a Fabrication Worker, welder, or similar role in an automotive workshop.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication tools and techniques, including welding (MIG, TIG, arc) and cutting equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in welding, fabrication, or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a fabrication workshop.
