Safwa Consulting & Mottawer Engineering Group (MEG & Partners) is seeking a creative individual to join our team in Jordan-Amman as BIM Architect. Your primary focus will involve technical detailing, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, a deep understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles, and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

-Prepare design, specifications, technical, and construction drawings.

-Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit, utilizing BIM technology for effective development and coordination of architectural models and drawings.

- Create technical details and specifications for architectural elements, materials, and finishes, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.

-Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications

- Create detailed 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules

- Utilize BIM to facilitate virtual design and construction (VDC) processes, enabling real-time collaboration and decision-making

- Prepare renderings and presentation material for client meetings.

-Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

-3 to 5 max. years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural design

-Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction standards

Additional Points

-Experience with specific BIM standards (e.g., BIM Level 2, BIM Level 3) is preferred

-Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards is a plus

-Certification in BIM software or related fields is advantageous
