Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team as a key contact for employee-related matters. This role involves managing core HR functions, including job descriptions, recruitment, employee relations, performance enhancement, training, and talent management. You will also develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that align with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues effectively.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top-tier talent.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to maintain a stable and high-performing workforce.
  • Support departmental goals by motivating, engaging, and developing the organization’s human capital.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and high productivity.
  • Accurately process and manage payroll operations.
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring the establishment and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan, implement, and monitor training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide accurate and insightful HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with HR systems and databases (HRIS).
  • Strong ability to assess psychological and interpersonal traits in candidates.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong personality with the ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
