Job Summary

The ASP.NET Developer will have a strong background in .NET Framework and .NET Core, with experience in web application development. This role involves working on both new and existing projects, utilizing a range of technologies from ASP.NET MVC to potential front-end frameworks like React.

Key Responsibilities

Development

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Work with web development technologies and frameworks, potentially including front-end tools like React.

System Design and Implementation

• Contribute to new system development or enhancements based on project needs.
• Manage and improve systems, including those built on MVC or other frameworks.

Web APIs

• Design and implement RESTful web APIs to support various application functionalities.

Architecture and Best Practices

• Apply dependency injection and SOLID principles to ensure scalable and maintainable code.

Database Management

• Design and develop database schemas and queries using SQL Server or Oracle DB (preferred).

Problem Solving

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Proven experience with .NET Framework, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Strong experience in developing RESTful web APIs.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in web development technologies and frameworks, including React or ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with SQL Server preferred; familiarity with Oracle DB is a plus.
• Strong understanding of dependency injection and SOLID principles.

Problem-Solving Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Teamwork and Communication

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in .NET Framework, C#, LINQ, OOP, design patterns (dependency injection, repository design), ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, RESTful web APIs, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Bootstrap, Redis cache, jQuery, Ajax, and JavaScript.

Certifications

• Relevant certifications in .NET technologies are a plus.
