We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining building systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee MEP systems for various building projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Perform load calculations, system designs, and equipment selection.
- Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor MEP installations to ensure quality and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, codes, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
- 3+ years of experience in MEP engineering or a related role.
- Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and international standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- [Optional] Certification in [LEED/AP, HVAC design, or other relevant certifications] is a plus.
