Position: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's aluminum façade systems, doors, windows, curtain walls, glazing, and cladding solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, creativity, and strong communication skills to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Identify target markets and develop campaigns to promote products and services.
Content Creation:
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital content.
Collaborate with design teams to create engaging visuals and technical content.
Digital Marketing:
Manage social media platforms and website content to enhance online presence.
Plan and execute online campaigns using SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertisements.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Gather feedback from clients and the sales team to refine marketing strategies.
Lead Generation:
Support sales teams by generating leads through targeted marketing efforts.
Organize and manage databases of prospective and existing clients.
Event Management:
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase products.
Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for events.
Relationship Building:
Maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to build brand loyalty.
Support client engagement activities and promotional offers.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track marketing campaign performance and analyze ROI.
Provide regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or aluminum façade industry.
Knowledge of aluminum systems, glazing, and cladding solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media).
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
