EVAD, a leading Value-Added Distributor specializing in cybersecurity and IT solutions, is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to join our growing team in Jordan.

As a Service Delivery Engineer at EVAD, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions to our clients in Jordan. This on-site, full-time role requires a professional with 1-2 years of experience, strong technical expertise, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation, support, and maintenance of solutions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Ensure the seamless delivery of IT and cybersecurity services to EVAD clients.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Manage the implementation, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor and improve service delivery processes to meet performance metrics.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and customer updates.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Experience: 1-2 years in service delivery, IT support, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, Security+, Network+, or any relevant certification will be an added value.
