Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team in the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with clients, client representatives, and contractors in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding project status.
• Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
