Provide technical support to company’s local and remote users and provide first level maintenance for desktops, laptops, data center environmental systems, security access control and surveillance.
Maintain the network infrastructure for all services and assist in configuring and maintaining network devices.
Provide software installation and updates on users’ machines.
Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate/ expedite cabling/wiring activities.
Integrate and modify existing programs or vendor-supplied packaged programs for use with existing information systems.
Ensure backup and restoration procedures are applied on the critical systems and databases.
Maintain the applied security solutions to ensure that company’s data and IT assets are well secured.
Manage different services including Remote management tools, Enterprise IP Telephony System, and Internet content filtering.
Manage the file system: structure and users’ permissions.
Maintain IT assets (hardware and software) control sheets/systems.
Provide end user training to employees upon the release of new IT or communications services.
Any other tasks as required by his/her direct supervisor within the department
