Job Description: Quality Control Officer

Position Overview:

The Quality Control Officer (QCO) is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales techniques across all branches. The QCO will conduct regular reviews of CCTV footage and perform on-site visits to identify and document any issues or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV Review:

- Monitor and analyze CCTV footage from all branches.

- Identify and report any non-compliance with established policies and procedures.

- Assess adherence to sales techniques and customer interaction standards.

2. Branch Visits:

- Conduct regular visits to various branches to observe operations firsthand.

- Document any issues related to compliance, staff performance, and customer service.

- Engage with branch staff to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

3. Reporting:

- Prepare detailed reports on findings from CCTV reviews and branch visits.

- Highlight trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.

- Present findings to management to aid in strategic decision-making.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with branch managers to address identified issues and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with training teams to develop programs aimed at enhancing compliance and sales techniques.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Propose enhancements to policies and procedures based on observations and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in quality control or compliance roles.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using surveillance technology and reporting software.

Working Conditions:

- Willingness to travel to various branch locations as needed.

- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate branch operations.
