We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in sourcing and placing candidates across industries including Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, and Shipping & Logistics. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various industries, including Manufacturing, O&G, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, and Shipping & Logistics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients or hiring managers on market trends, compensation packages, and interview best practices.
