Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typist to join our team at a well-established typing center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient typing services to support our clients with documentation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately type and format documents, including legal forms, applications, and letters in English and Arabic (if applicable).
• Assist customers with completing forms and verifying necessary documents for submissions.
• Process applications for visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and other government services.
• Maintain and organize client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Handle inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on government rules, regulations, and document requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proficient typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and government-related documentation.
• Proficient in using office software and typing center systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
