ob Title: Food Trading Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the procurement of goods and services from both local and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipping and compliance with import/export regulations.
Prepare procurement reports and manage procurement budgets.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and continuous supply.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAE.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
