Job Title: Cybersecurity Presales Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Presales Specialist, based in Riyadh, KSA, will play a pivotal role in promoting and delivering cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients across the region. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring clients receive tailored, best-fit security strategies that address their unique needs and reduce risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Business Development:
- Provide sales and marketing support to increase awareness of cybersecurity products and services in Riyadh and across KSA.
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify, pursue, and close opportunities effectively.
- Develop and promote security solutions around governance, risk, compliance, and associated security technologies.
Solution Design & Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert, delivering security solutions to meet customer needs in Riyadh and the broader KSA market.
- Assess risks in technical solutions and recommend industry best practices to mitigate risks.
- Architect tailored solutions for infrastructure security, including datacenters, end-user environments, networks, cloud, and mobility.
- Respond to RFI/RFPs with well-structured technical proposals.
Collaboration & Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partner vendors.
- Consult with internal delivery teams to validate solutions, estimate efforts, and ensure feasibility.
- Coordinate with the central bid office for governance and approval of technical responses.
Knowledge Sharing & Team Development:
- Share knowledge and insights to upskill the team and mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and ensure accurate scoping of project work.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in presales, IT outsourcing, marketing, and alliances.
- Core competencies in business development around cybersecurity solutions, including infrastructure, managed security services, and cloud-based engagements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of security standards, frameworks, and risk mitigation techniques.
- Experience in developing and presenting technical proposals to enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services and associated security technologies.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and manage relationships with technology vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP).
- Experience in working with security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI DSS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
