We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Senior Sales Account Manager to join our dedicated team. The primary focus of this role is to propel sales growth by adeptly identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining a keen eye on client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
- Innovatively prospect and qualify new leads through rigorous research, networking, and proactive cold calling to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to articulate the compelling value proposition of our comprehensive range, spanning connectivity solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity services, data center services, and system integration offerings.
- Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to the unique requirements of each potential client.
- Play a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring strict compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct negotiations for contracts and agreements with potential clients, securing favorable terms for both parties.
- Bring specialized expertise in building private clouds, offering profound knowledge of its components to provide potential clients with optimal solutions.
- Leverage in-depth experience in data center services to comprehend client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Identify and target new customers, specifically for data center services, cloud solutions, and other offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to pinpoint opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular, insightful sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, showcasing progress towards targets and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling connectivity solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity services, data center services, or related IT solutions.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity protocols, server technologies, storage solutions, and network infrastructure.
- Profound understanding of networking technologies, cloud computing, cybersecurity principles, system integration concepts, data center services, and private cloud infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in preparing and responding to tenders, proposals, and RFPs.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
