• Supervision & Leadership:
• Supervise and manage a team of plumbers and other plumbing personnel on construction sites or in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Ensure that all plumbing works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Assign tasks and monitor the progress of plumbing projects, troubleshooting issues and making necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to junior plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety practices, standards, and codes.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure that plumbing tasks are integrated into the larger construction or renovation projects.
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the plumbing requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Ensure that materials and equipment required for the job are available and properly stored on-site.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards, particularly those in the UAE.
• Conduct safety inspections, monitor site conditions, and ensure that proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used at all times.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to plumbing work on-site, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor the quality of work, ensuring that plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks meet the required standards and codes.
• Conduct inspections and tests on completed plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality, including water pressure, drainage, and system integrity.
• Report any discrepancies or deficiencies to the project manager, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
• Identify plumbing problems, malfunctions, or delays and work with the team to quickly resolve issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities on-site for plumbing-related issues, recommending solutions and coordinating repairs when necessary.
• Administrative Responsibilities:
• Keep records of work completed, materials used, and work schedules for plumbing projects.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for upper management.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of plumbing materials and tools.
• Client Interaction:
• Interface with clients or site owners, providing updates on plumbing progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with the work performed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
